Catelyn: we are learninging about maps and lerning to be leaders by standing up for others . And we are makeing a class mission statement about the 7 habits .The most inportet thing I learned this week was maps and states this is inportent because if I was lost I wouldn't no how to read map so id be I wood be lost .In first grade math there learning about number grids and charts.
Angela: We are learning about life cycles and read a book about chickens. We also read a book for 21st century literacy and did some worksheets going along with the story. Every time we start 2nd grade math we start with something called a math warmup that will help us get a head start. We had to do do a project at home that's called story bags where we had to make a story about a special ocasion or a special holiday and you would have to share it with the class and write about it. The most important thing I learned this week was life cycles and learning about animals and other living things that might turn into some thing different. This is important because then you will get to know them a little better and understand what they need
